1. Purpose of the Service

The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only and does not offer, suggest, or imply any financial or investment advice. Any activity involving digital tokens, collectibles, or cryptocurrencies through Memelut is done solely at your own discretion and risk.

2. Legal Entity

The Service is published and operated by Memelut Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands. For development, marketing, or technical support, we may engage service providers, including Memelut Inc., a Delaware C Corporation. However, all legal responsibilities fall exclusively under Memelut Ltd (BVI).

3. No Warranty – No Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You agree that:

• Memelut Ltd is not liable for any loss, harm, or damage, including financial loss, emotional distress, or data breaches.
• Our maximum liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount of transaction fees you paid in the 30 days prior to such claim, regardless of damages claimed.
• If no fees were paid, our liability is zero.

4. Content Disclaimer & Moderation

We do not endorse, verify, or moderate user-generated content prior to publication. The platform relies on community flagging and post-review.

We strictly prohibit:

• Content that violates intellectual property or copyright
• Inappropriate content involving minors
• Hate speech, violence, harassment, misinformation, scams, or
• Any illegal content, listed in the MEMELUT- PROHIBITED CONTENT.

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish or view. If you suspect content is harmful or violates our policy, please report it using the in-app tool or via email: legal@memelut.com.

5. Child & Teen Protection

The Service is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18.

If we discover that an underage user has registered or interacted with the platform, their account will be immediately terminated and any collected data deleted.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has accessed the app, you may be held responsible for any actions or damages resulting from their usage.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, regardless of your physical location.
• You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of BVI courts.
• Any legal action brought outside of the BVI shall be considered invalid and void.

7. Arbitration & Waiver of Class Actions

By using the Service, you agree to resolve any disputes exclusively through binding arbitration in the BVI, waiving your right to participate in class action lawsuits, jury trials, or public proceedings.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or promote prohibited content listed above
• Circumvent any system meant to protect underage use
• Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Copyright and IP Ownership

All rights, trademarks, content, and source code related to the platform are the property of Memelut Ltd or licensed third parties. Unauthorized use is strictly forbidden.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
